The Marketing Communications Manager is responsible for developing and implementing the Marketing Communication strategy. The individual will focus on driving awareness and demand targeting the U.S. customer and prospect base. The ideal candidate is experienced in developing digital and data-driven customer solutions using strong business acumen, creativity, storytelling, passion, and teamwork. Social media experience, such as LinkedIn and other similar channels, is required.
This senior-level individual contributor, reports to EVP of Business Development.
Responsibilities
- Lead, develop, and deliver a comprehensive communications strategy for the global business.
- Be a strategic partner to the Business Development team. Collaborate with the business to develop the business Marketing plans.
- Develop and execute on agreed upon timelines and continuously optimize integrated digital and data-driven campaigns to increase customer engagement.
- Develop sales materials and complete proposal documents to support the Business Development & Sales team.
- Create customer-centric messaging based on value-based content.
- Develop, execute and continuously optimize media strategy/plans based on analytics.
- Develop sales data and collateral to monitor the effectiveness of sales campaigns.
- Share campaign and channel metrics as well as industry trends including recommendations with key stakeholders on a regular basis.
- Ensure brand consistency throughout the business.
- Assist with the coordination of all Trade Show and Conference activities. This would include working with the EVP of BD on budgeting, attendees, marketing collateral, and sponsorships.
Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 5+ years of relevant experience in B2B marketing
- Proven ability to develop marcom programs including digital and social media campaigns
- Ability to evaluate the success of campaigns and improve where necessary
- Strong relationship skills with the ability to interact with all levels of management
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Strategic thinker with high attention to detail
- Telecom industry experience is preferred
- Excellent communications skills including copywriting
Preferred Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience
The pay range for this position is $80,000 - $100,000 annually; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The annual incentive target is 8% of base pay. Dense Air offers a variety of health and wellness benefits including paid time off and holiday pay.
